After installing Norton Internet Security 2008, I have problems downloading word document from yahoo email?
Open Norton Security and change your security and firewall settings to custom. Go through the options and select those that apply to your situation. You can also go to the Symantec website and get live chat support if your purchase is recent.
Reply:Norton security is very strict.. too strict in fact.
When using this program, it completely takes control of your
computer, and if it feels that an action is going to harm you,
or has the potential to, it will not let you do it..
I suggest just un-installing it, or getting a refund some how.
I don't use it, so I can't help you with getting past that filter..
