How can an email be sent without having to copy a security code?

I have set up a yahoo.co.uk email account for my parents but each time they're ready to send out an email they are prompted to copy 'exactly' a security code in order for the email to be sent. This seems very inconvenient and I can't seem to work out how to get rid of this. I have an account with yahoo.com because I live in the USA but I've never had this problem with my email, so I'm a little stumped. I'd really appreciate any help or suggestions I can get!!!!!

It is to stop spam in theory, but I am not sure why yahoo has it all of a sudden. I got it the other day when I sent an email out to several people at once, but havent seen it since. It is annoying
Reply:Maybe that's built in in the UK service. You can open a regular Yahoo.com account wherever you live. Maybe you should open up a new account for them. I don't know that there is way around what you're talking about.
