How do i change my security question if i cannot remember alternate email address used do to relocating often?

have moved but always used yahoo for mail address do not remember email address i used originally . I am having problems with my ex changing my password because he knows my info and security question.
How do i change my security question if i cannot remember alternate email address used do to relocating often?
Without all of the information that they require they will not let you change your security question.
