Can you still log in? If so, simply reset the password. If necessary, cancel the mail account and register for a new one.
If not, contact customer service. With most serious email providers, you can send them a copy of your ID and they will reset your account for you. Give it a try. :)

Reply:you can't do any thing about that but can create one new and don't disclose to him or talk to him about this. can complain with proof when he is logged in and be there for red handed for your action.
