you might have installed a firewall or Anti virus software which is enable to block emails with attachment or all mails. Pls check your Anti Virus client and even if you have installed firewall
Why does the internet security restrict me from seeing my email?
maybe the system administrator restricts access to certain sites, try another email system and if it works, then pull your regular email to the new one by proxy.
