My account has been hijacked and I have been trying to get it resolved with Security but I am getting no results via email except 'canned' answers with one every 24 hours. I am frustrated with trying to get this dealt with and would like to speak to someone to try to resolve the problem. I have had the account for almost seven years and it has a lot of stuff stored in it that's important to me.

I looked through the yahoo help section, in the upper left corner on the support help page there is a link to their customer support link. Looks like they charge to use it. Hope this helps.
